Excellent experience from the appointment desk to the actual appointment.
Suggested improvements
Maybe just maybe making sure I could put the splint on myself being watched making sure I could apply it correctly and not just shown.

They saved my life!
They also followed my journey within DRI & gave me valuable information, follow up care, offered useful advice & support groups
Caring & competent department
Wish I could report the same for other wards within DRI, but I'm afraid I found other wards to be inadequate, staff unempathtic & basically cold & uncaring !!!

Not that I know of, but I have to say I do not remember much of my time in DCC

Shorten the waiting time to see someone initially, i was waiting above an hour longer than my appointment time
